Terms and conditions for using 13VoIP services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using 13VoIP services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
13VoIP provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, NBN internet services, and related telecommunications solutions to customers in Australia.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service cancellation.
6. Contract Terms
All 13VoIP services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in contracts. This means:
- No minimum contract period: You are not locked into any minimum term.
- No early termination fees: There are no penalties or fees for cancelling your service.
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days written notice.
- Loyalty rewards are incentives: Any loyalty rewards or discounts offered are incentives only and do not constitute a contractual obligation.
Pricing for all services is clearly displayed at the time of purchase and on your monthly invoice. There are no hidden fees or charges.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users' enjoyment of our services.
8. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our VoIP and NBN services. Service credits may be available for outages exceeding this threshold.
9. Limitation of Liability
13VoIP's liability is limited to the monthly service fees paid by the customer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
